Yes, there is. You can easily find that next to the ticket windows at the train station.0

Anyone know if left-luggage at Pingyao train station is open at 5am,when our train from Beijing arrives the station? Thanks!0

I heard it is open for 24h, but not sure whether it is true! But no need to worry about that. If the luggage-left counter/office is out of service upon your arrival, you can store your luggage at a nearby hotel. It usually opens for 24h and it is safe enough!0
