Money and relationship this year

I am a dog and born 9/12/1958, it seems I'm starting out the year with money problems, I am also planning a move to North Dakota to be with my boyfriend (soulmate). Wondering whats going on with the money stuff all of the sudden and if it is good to make the move to be with my man.
