About:Requirements for China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

PR by Marriage

i have worked and lived in China since 2006, in 2007 i married Chinese girl, she has a house in her name, as i am working, i have reliable source of income, can i apply for PR?? Does anyone know procedure and time to go through this process, Thanks

As I know, it is very difficult to get Chinese Permanent Residence permit. I think you can try to submit your application to the Ministry of Public Security of China.

currently i have a Z-VIASA , if i apply for q type, how much time i can get on that and how much money i need to show for that? and does it have work rights or not?? thanks

Q1 can be issued with 6 months to 5 years, but it depends on financial support with a bank statement of your Chinese spouse, generally, it requires RMB100,000 for 2 year stay and RMB 300.000 for 5 years. BTW, you are not allowed to work on any type other than Z.
