Any customs or speaking tips I should be aware of?

I am an American. I am presenting a business plan to a Chinese company via telephone.

Don't be nervous. You think too much. Your Chinese counterparts must be aware of business etiquette if they did business with foreigners. Perhaps, you should speak a bit slowly and leave time for them to understand what you are talking about.
