About:Adopt Chinese Children

Is there any monetary help to adopt a child from China?

I am a retired Police Officer. I am a 36 year old female and desperately want a child. I would not have the money, but I want to be a Mother and I understand the need for these children to find a loving home.

Grace, I am afraid that it will be too difficult for you to adopt a Chinese child if you can't afford the money. When you adopt a child, you should prove that you have the ability to raise him/her. If you can't pay for the money, how can they believe that you are able to raise the child?
