Please can you tell me why these 2 parcel are not moving?? what should i do ?

The first one shows "Departure from outward office of exchange". It means that your package has left Beijing. The second one's latest update is "Arrival at inward office of exchange". It means that your package arrived in HK on Feb. 13.

I think you should wait it patiently. Some people said it takes too much longer time for Africans to receive packages from China. And the packages might get lost sometimes. If you are worried, you might contact the sender and see if he can help you.

Jade, you should wait for your package patiently. If you are worried about it, then you should contact your sender. Your package just transfers at HKIA. HKIA is not responsible for solving your problem.
