tracking number RC634439384CN

The order has been at hangzhou since 27th feb but has not left yet. I ordered another item on the same day and already received it. What is happening with this order?

The last update tells that your package left Guangzhou for ZA on Feb. 27. I think it's on the way. You should wait it carefully.
