hello, I bought a product from china and it was posted on 21/09/2013, and until today it has not arrived, searched here on the site says he is: Collection.

Actually your package left Beijing for BR on Oct. 5, 2013. I guess there must be something wrong with your package. If you never contacted your sender, please contact him/her now. He/she can help you contact the China Post. Then China Post can look into your package.
