Please help RC463370595CN

Please help I have tracked my parcel whci says it arrived in the U.K on 16/02/2014 and is at Heathrow distribution centre. I have contacted royal mail but they cant help.

If it wasn't sent to you, I guess that your package didn't go through the customs successfully.
