About:China Private Visit Visa

My Wife and Daughter need to join me in China to live but no mention of single entry only visits.

Hello My wife and daughter are due to move to China and join me in living here (as I am now a resident) however the S1 Visa seems to imply visits by family members. If they have no specified return date What should I put? Or should I just book them a return flight ?

If they want to apply for S1 type, return flight ticket is not required. You can issue an invitation letter showing details such as purpose of visit, arrival and departure dates (general itinerary is ok), and place of intended residence.
