About:Turkish Airlines

huangshan airport to Tangkou to Nanjing

please can anyone help with the following (any info much appreciated - finding it hard to find information regarding HS transport)

I haved booked hotel in Tangkou in March... please can you tell me...
1) The best way to get to Tangkou from HS airport -(about 4pm on a thursday)
2) How I can get to HS [Anhui] Train station for 09:21 on Sunday March 16th
i) or would I be better to get a bus to Nanjing?

preferably not by taxi - but if only way then approximate prices would be useful .

From the airport, you can choose to take a taxi to Tangkou directly, or transfer in HS city.
If you want to transfer, you can take the airport shuttle bus to the city proper and then take a taxi to HS General Bus Station, where you can find the buses for Tangkou.

For reaching HS Train Station, where do you start? If you just go to the railway station from the city proper, the local bus line 6, 9 or 12 can take you to the railway station in general.

From HS, you can choose to take a bus from the General Bus Station and the bus takes about five hours. The buses are at 12:10 and 16:10. I prefer trains in China, because I usually book a sleeper and sleep on the train, but it depends on your own.
