I am a female born in 1926 year of tiger(tree) what I have to do this year to protect myself?

You should attach great importance to your health this year. Some tigers suffer from insomnia and nightmares. Therefore, a regular and healthy timetable is a must. Also you should keep away from pork, liquor and other food which is full of protein. Otherwise, you might suffer from spleen and stomach problems. If possible, take more exercises, walking together with your families for example.
