how to pick up a ticket

Hello! Say, can I pick up my reserved tickets for June Harbin to Guangzhou-Hong Kong in Heihe at the railway station? And when you can do it? Thanks in advance.

For trip Guangzhou to HongKong, we are sorry that you could not pick up the tickets at the rail station by yourself. You need to offer one delivery address, then we could deliver the it to the appointed address. For trip Hebi to Guanzhou, you could collect the tickets by yourself.

The tickets can be reserved and issued 18-20 days before the departure date. You can collect the tickets with in China mainland at any of a railway station, but all tickets to and out of Hongkong can only be deliveried to a hotel.
