About:China Work Visa

A company is required to apply working permit for me

Hi,

I am organizing a tour for people to go to China with my spiritual teacher, while we are in Beijing (for 3 weeks) my teacher will conduct two workshops for locals, so far we have all planned it out from this end without any counter part in China. I was told if we want to advertise the workshops on the community newspaper, we better have working visa. My question is can any individual in China apply a working permit for us and send us invitation letter or must it be a company?

Thank you.

Hi, work permit is generally issued by government authorities for Human Resources and Social Security. Is must be a company to handle this showing their business license as well as permit to hire foreign employee.
