Hello, What is the best way to get from Yingtan to Zhangye and what is the best time to go?

June to Sep. is the best time to travel at ZY.

If you are referring to the Yingtan City in Jiangxi Province, I suggest you take a high-speed train to Nanchang first. Then fly from Nanchang to Lanzhou. Then transfer to a train to ZY. I remember the direct flght from Nanchang to Lanzhou doesn't operate every day. If there is no direct plane on your departure day, you can transfer in Xian.
