June to Sep. is the best time to travel at ZY.
If you are referring to the Yingtan City in Jiangxi Province, I suggest you take a high-speed train to Nanchang first. Then fly from Nanchang to Lanzhou. Then transfer to a train to ZY. I remember the direct flght from Nanchang to Lanzhou doesn't operate every day. If there is no direct plane on your departure day, you can transfer in Xian.0
