About:China Postal Service

The shipper sent parcel (RB312640361CN) for me at 17 Feb 2014.

Item arrived to Heathrow Worldwide Dc at 20 Feb 2014.
But I live in Ukraine and parcel must arrive for me.
Now I see three different status according to three tracking websites!

How I can find the final destination of parcels arrive?

GB or UA?

You should contact the sender immediately and see if he/she gave you a wrong tracking number. The tracking information showed that the package was sent to UK instead of Ukraine.

I've done it many times! I drew the sender's attention to the possible error (UA to UK) immediately. But the sender says that everything is fine. And I must wait. How to get the information about destination from China Post?
