I plan to visit Taipei in 26-31 July. Does this month good for travel?

Personally speaking, it isn't. Firstly, it is during typhoon season. We don't know when the typhoon will hit Taipei, which may spoil the tour; secondly, according to the weather records in the past years, it is very likely to rain then, which will make the trip inconvenient!0
