RC509943840CN IS MY TRACKING NUMBER IT'S BEEN 10 DAYS NOW AND IT'S STILL HASN'T MOVE FROM THE PEK AIRPORT WHY HASN'T IT MOVED I ORDER IT ON MONDAY THE 10TH ON MY DAD'S 60TH BIRTHDAY AND IT'S BEEN OVER 20 DAYS CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME THE COMPANY I ORDER IT FROM HAS NO PHONE JUST AND EMAIL BUT THEY WON'T REPLY BACK AND THE PERSON THAT SHIPPED IT WON'T REPLY BACK NEITHER PLUS MY PACKAGE SAYS NULL AND STILL HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED ON THE STATUS NEED HELP PLEASE THANK YOU.

Hi, delivery to the airport doesn't mean that your package was blocked or stayed there for that long. It means that your package has left Peking. According to my experience, it takes around 13 to 18 days for the US clients to receive the items. If you can't wait, you can visit your local post office and see if it has arrived.
