Shipment RB974842762CN

what happens to my shipment? I've been waiting for it for 26 days now,
and now the shipment status says its going to Departure from outward office of exchange 2 times please give me a little info

The goods go first to Shenzhen then to Beijing then back to Shenzhen ?:-(
