HK travel during June 01-06-2014

Traveling w kids in June 5days 4nights.
1) we want go to Disneyland one day only
2) I wan buy many cloth but got kids this time, so where is the best must go shop! Give me few choice by name of the places or any market street.
3) I wan stay near MTR hotel price around SGD$150-$250 per night give me few hotel name in city area those easy shopping area.
