google maps alternative?

Question

It seems that Google Maps is unavailable in China. Is there a good alternative? Bing seems to be reachable, but does not have any reliable or good information about bus / metro stops and routing options.

Google map is still available in PRC. However, it is very slow for you to use it. I don't know what's wrong.  Baidu Map is ok but it's for Chinese people. Perhaps, you might use some VPN services and then you might use Google Map successfully.
