As I know, there is no direct bus service between. You can take a train or long-distance bus from UMQ to Kashgar first (you can take the long-distance bus at Nanjiao Bus Station and it takes aroun 23 hours). Then at Kashgar Inernational Bus Station, catch a bus to Gilgit.1
