Please help, my parcel RC463370595CN was tracked on ALL the tracking websites to BEIJING airport on 14/02/2014 and i know it has been cleared by chinese customs, since then its status on the tracking websites is NULL or HAND IN THE AIR or DELIVERED TO AIRPORT... its been 12 days since it was at the airport...should i file a dispute or wait...please help thanks
