Yes, if rooster can tolerate rabbit's weaknesses. Rabbits are smart but childish. He is kind and enjoy being taken care of. Rooster is realistic and direct. Rooster is not a romantic girl in the eyes of the rabbit. So you have to work hard if you want to be together.
