About:FAQ on China Postal Service

where can I find TCGs tracking tool ? and how can I change to Air mail?

I didn't receive my parcel till now ( more than month go)

Dear Nada,

You can easily find the tracking bar on this page easily. Before entering your tracking number, please figure out whether your package was sent via China Post or EMS. Since your package was already sent out, you can't change the transport mean now.

If you have any question about your package, you should contact the sender and see if he/she can find out what happened to your package.
