About:FAQ on China Postal Service

My problem is that I don't know the steps of returning my package.

So I'm returning an item and they told me to put my order number in the parcel. What does that mean? Somebody please help.

Jerry, order number is totally different from the tracking number. Usually, the order number is a combination of several numbers. If you bought your item from a website, you can find it after logging into your account on that website. Or you can just ask the seller to find out your order number.
