hotel in Guangzhou

I'm choosing hotel in GZ for the next trip. PLS help me some informations
I want to pick hotel closed to metro station so I can walk from MTR to hotel and near the affordable restaurant.
What MTR station is nearest . How long form metro station to hotel? What is exit I can go?

I'm considering the Goten hotel ( 168 Peregrine Plaza , Baiyun) and Boutix hotel GZ (1618 Jichang Rd, Baiyun Dist).
What is hotel I should choose?
