We'll be staying at Tsim Sha Tsui.. Is it worth going to Citygates Outlet mall in HK?

Are the shops there really are on sale or at a cheaper price?

Personally, it is a worthy destination for shopping. And it is true that there are many branded clothing and shoes on sale and many of them offer great discounts.
