It is reported to be cold at the mountain scenic area. In the mountain, the lowest temperature shall be -14C and the highest temperature wil be -4C during the first week in March. I suggest you prepare enough thermal clothing! Besides, on March 3 and 4, there will be light snowfall. On other days, it will be sunny or cloudy!As it won't be during the peak season, it will be fine to get a train ticket upon your arrival. So booking train ticket is not necessary.
