About:China Postal Service

Hi can someone help me with this tracking number

Seller has provided me with this tracking number RC186796459CN and has told me to track this on the China Track site I have done so but it is still saying that no item found the seller did mention that I will be able to track this once the item leaves China well this tracking number was issued to be on the 12th of Feb .........could someone kindly help me with this please as I am still none the wiser to it even leaving China yet

Even it was issued on Feb. 12, the tracking informtion should show up after 13 days. Please confirm with the sell if the tracking number is correct. I am afraid that you might have been scammed.
