where is my parcel? Can anyone help me?

Hi I ordered a parcel RC463370595CN which has been at BEIJING airport since 14/02/2014..it has cleared customs in China and should of been here..please help..I am thinking of opening dispute with seller on PayPal as he has disappeared..please help. Thanks

Jay, please wait for another week. If you still don't receive it one week later, you can open a dispute and retrieve your money. According to my experience, it takes 13 to 18 days for the package to come from PRC to GB. Sometimes, it might take longer time. It isn't as fast as China Post says.
