I am planning to visit Shenyang during May what's is the forecast weather ?

Sunny days will be the majority in May and the average temperature will be 20C or a little higher then. Besides, there will be large temperature gap between daytime and nigttime, so you'd better prepare a jacket to keep warm in cool nights.
