Can I take a tub of beef flavour gravy granules into China?

Beef flavour gravy granules, the dry ones. If so should they be in hand luggage or suitcase.

The law says cooked or raw meat and meat products are not allowed to enter. The beef flavour gravy granules must contain beef. So I don't think it's ok to bring it into PRC.
