best way to get from tokwawan to causeway bay

Hi, I am staying at Harbour Plaza 8 Degrees Hotel at Tokwawan. Like to go shopping at Causeway Bay. What is the best way to get there?

Walk around 290 meters to Mok Cheong st Bus Station, take No.107 bus and get off at Cannon Street Station and then walk around 500 meters to reach Causeway. If you catch a taxi, it costs around HK$53.
