About:Harbin Weather

Snow in November in Harbin

From what I heard from the new, the city experienced heavy snowfall from the November 10 - November 20 in the year 2013. I am planning a trip to the city this November. Will i be able to see such snowery condition this November or should I postpone my trip to December in order to witness these heavy snowfall scenerio?

To ensure that you will view the snowfall scenery, I suggest you go there in Dec.
Also if you go there in late De, not only can you see the snowfall, but also you will have a chance to enjoy the Ice and Snow Festival.
