It takes an hour and twenty minutes by air. The air ticket fare is CNY700-800 these days; however, the fare varies from time to time. You can see its price range at the flight page of this website for your departure date.

Except planes between, you can also take high-speed train to travel, from XM North to Ningbo Station. It takes 5-5.5h and costs CNY238 for a second class seat and CNY288 for a first class seat.
