how is the MTR route from mongkok to disneyland, hong kong?

At Mongkok MTR station, take Tsuen Wan line to Lai King, where transfer to Tung Chung line to get off at Sunny Bay station. There you can easily transfer to Disney Resort line to the park directly.

I walk to prince edward station to lai king station, then sunny bay station that right .? My hotel at mong kok metropark

Yes, you are right! Your hotel is closer to Prince Edward MTR Station.
