Tracking number starting YR

Hi I have been waiting for a parcel for over a month, the sender says the hold up is due to spring festival but I cannot get the tracking number, that starts YR, to work - which carier does this code belong to please? Thanks?

Did you ask the tracking number from the seller? He should have given you one. I am worried that there might be something wrong with your package. If you didn't get the tracking number, I am worried that you might have been scammed.

The tracking number the seller gave me is YR112212813CN, I was emailed to say the item was posted out on 17th January - when it had not arrived after a month I asked if it could be tracked and was told due to holiday delays it was delayed in the postal service but no further information!

It looks like that it was a huge package larger than 2 kilograms based on its tracking number. However, I didn't get any update from the tracking website. You need to confirm with him if he sent via China Post. It doesn't make sense that the package was delayed due to the festival. If he didn't reply to you, then you might be scammed, I guess.
