what is the Best way by MRT from Airport to Lo Wu station

You need to transfer fo several times by MTR, so I suggest you take shuttle bus no. E41 to TAI WO ESTATE. Then walk to Tai Wo MTR Station to catch East Rail Line to Lo Wu.
