Backpack Travel to Shanghai mid/end of April

Hi,

I would like to travel and explore around Shanghai for about 7 days.

What are the great places that you would recommend? Nearby/Outside Shanghai is fine.

You can spend two days exploring the attractions in Shanghai city, such as the Yuyuan Garden, Jade Buddha Temple, Xin Tian Di, Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Nanjing Road and the Bund. Since your time is ample, you may also visit one or two famous water towns around Shanghai. Or take a side trip to Suzhou and Hangzhou is also a good choice.
