are north and/or south cable cars f badaling great wall open feb. 2014?

Hello,I have read that the North cable car was closed since the end of 2013 and was still not open in January 2013.  We want to take the North cable car tomorrow during a visit to Badaling, do you know if it will be open on Feb. 22nd?  What about the South cable car?Thank you very much in advance,LS

LS, the North Line has been improved since last Oct. 8. So far, there hasn't been any official notice that claim the improvement is finished. The South Line is still operated according to the scenic area.
