2 month and still nothing! HELP PLEASE!my tracking number is RB864499210CN

Last update was 1/9 January as '' NULL'' PVG, What does it mean??!i have been waiting now more than 45 days!

Please can someone help me, is it coming?

Here is the latest informationn about your parcel:

It shows that it had been successfully delivered on Jan. 13. If you don't get it, you need to go to your local post office to check right now!
