Hi, application from can be got from Chinese consulate, or through HK immigration's webiste. Form ROP143 for Application by a Person of the Age of 18 Years or Over Resident Overseas. And then submit your application to Consulate in Calgary in person. It will take 6-8 weeks to process your application, excluding the delivery time.
