About:Chinese Consulate in Chicago
Can I apply for both myself and my husband?
Do both of us have to go to the Embassy to drop off the forms and our passports?

Hi, any one of you can handle all applications from the embassy. You can also entrust someone else or a travel agency to do it on your behalf.
