Hi, It's my first order from China, and I don't know how to interpret the procedure. It was received by China Post in Beijing 03 feb 2014, next day scanned export security and customs and sent to airline. 05 feb 2014.Now its again in the Export customs scan, export security scan. Last update received 12 feb 2014. Today 20-02-2014 nothing happend. Is there an explanation for this procedure? Is my package lost?My number is RB262836403CN. Thanks to anyone who's able to help.

Hi, it has left China by now. You can just wait for another two weeks and you will be able to search the information in your country's tracking system!

Yes it arrived today! This morning I checked track and trace, and there's still no update. I received my package before track and trace gives a status-update. It was already in my country! One lesson I've learned: don't get stressed or worried. Most packages will arrive, although the procedure seemed strange (scanning export etc. after being sent to airline). Hi, It's my first order from China, and I don't know how to interpret the procedure. It was received by China Post in Beijing 03 feb 2014, next day scanned export security and customs and sent to airline. 05 feb 2014.
Now its again in the Export customs scan, export security scan. Last update received 12 feb 2014. Today 20-02-2014 nothing happend. Is there an explanation for this procedure? Is my package lost?
