What is the organized religion of the Song Dynasty?

Taoism was the most popular religion during the Song Dynasties. The emperors in the Northern Song Dynasty, such as Emperor Taizong, Zhenzong and Huizong, believe in Taoism. Therefore, Taoism developed very quickly. During the Southern Song Dynasty, Buddhism has developed fast because many officials practiced Buddhism. However, Taoism still has huge impact on the society.
