Trip to Hangzhou

Hi, I'm visiting HZ on 22th to 26th March 2014. I want to know how is the weather and is there any agency that I can call to book hotel, tourist guide and others?

Well, it will get comfortable during that time in the city, with the average temperature of around 10C. However, there will be large temperature gap between daytime and nighttime, so you are suggested to take an overcoat!
