what doest it mean? are them slliping there?

wtf does it mean? wheres my parcel, RC036727170CN? isit still in shanghaj? two wks in 1 place... are them kidding? its just ridicules!!!

Yes, your parcel is still in Shanghai. You are suggested to call the sender. He should have known what happened to your parcel.
