Seaman onboard offshore vessel in Brunei with Indian passport. Can I apply for Chinese work VISA.

SIr, I am seaman working onboard Offshore vessel in Brunei. I have Brunei VISA with Indian Passport. I have offer from a chinese company with Letter Of Invitation.
Can I apply for Chinese work Z from Brunei.
If Yes, what documents I need to submit and how many days will be required to get it.

If you mean to work as a crew member to China for a cross-border transport activity, you should apply for a C type. The invitation letter is ok for application. Basic requirements include your passport, application form with photo.
