About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Can i apply for a new L in my home country or i need to wait.

i applied chinese visa and i got 14days only and granted 14days more extension. i wish to stay longer in shanghai as my bf is studying here.

You need to go back before it expires, and surely you can apply for a new one if you need.
